5.3 General Bonus Usage Policy

Regularly active members may participate in the VIP programme. There are three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is paid on net losses each week: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.
